What does “Max Available” mean?
Max Available shows the maximum number of points that can be used on that order. The website calculates this automatically based on your available points, the 5% order limit and the 2,000-point maximum per order.

MEMBERSHIP LEVELS
Membership levels and points work separately.
Your membership level reflects your eligible website spending history and recognises your ongoing activity with AMVAPES.
At the moment, membership levels do not automatically apply a separate membership discount. Rewards are provided through the AMVAPES Points & Rewards programme, where eligible orders earn points that can be used on future eligible purchases.
Your membership level and points balance are tracked separately, making both easy to view and understand in your account.

What about my previous orders?
Your previous website orders remain recorded in your account and may count toward your membership level.
Points begin with eligible new orders after the AMVAPES Rewards programme begins. Previous completed orders are not automatically converted into points.
Where do I enter my points?
Sign in and proceed to checkout. In Order Summary, the Points field appears below Coupon Code. Enter the number of points you'd like to use and select Apply.
What does “Max Available” mean?
Max Available shows the maximum number of points that can be used on that order. The website calculates this automatically.
Why can I only use up to 2,000 points?
The maximum redemption is 2,000 points per order. At the current redemption rate, 2,000 points equals AU$10. Unused points remain available for future eligible orders and do not expire.
Why does Max Available show 0?
Make sure you're signed in to the correct account, your order meets the AU$100 minimum order requirement, and you have at least 1,000 available points.
Do my points expire?
No. Your available points do not expire.
Do previous orders receive points?
Previous completed orders are not automatically converted into points. Points begin with eligible new orders after the AMVAPES Rewards programme begins.
When are points added?
Points are added after payment for an eligible order has been successfully confirmed.
What happens if an order is cancelled or refunded?
Points associated with a cancelled or refunded order may be adjusted accordingly.
Do membership levels include a discount?
At the moment, membership levels do not automatically apply a separate membership discount. Membership levels reflect your eligible website spending history, while rewards are provided through the AMVAPES Points & Rewards programme.
